For USA and Canada, we accept for payments all major credit cards though Authorize.net who is our online gateway. We do not receive or keep your credit information, it is transmitted encrypted and securely SSL from Authorize.net to credit card merchant.
For International purchases outside of USA and Canada, please be ready to pay us via PayPal and you must be a verified PayPal user. Our PAYPAL account is email@example.com, you can contact us to this same email PRIOR to purchase for us to quote your shipping costs, as our free shipping is only for USA orders.

Orders will be shipped ONLY to credit card billing address in USA and Canada, if you need for us to ship to any alternate address other than your billing, please contact your credit card company and add that address as an alternate address to your card. If in the verification process, this info doesn't match your order will be cancelled. If Credit Card Company cannot verify your information accurately, your order will be cancelled as well. Orders placed with same billing and shipping address will be automatically be confirmed.
All outgoing shipping is free for all USA orders via UPS ground service, unless you want to upgrade your shipping method for faster service, please contact us. We will not ship to U.S. Post Office Box or military address. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and purchases MUST be ensured when shipping back to us. For Canadian customers please contact us for shipping rates. International orders MUST email us to receive quotation for their purchase; you will need to send us your address and product desired to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you upgrade shipping, we reserve the right to use any shipping option available to us to get the package to you in the time frame you requested. We also reserve the right to upgrade your order to a higher level of service than you selected if we deem it necessary at our sole discretion without prior notification to you in which event you will not be liable for any additional shipping costs.
When you can expect to receive your order will depend on several factors including the destination of your order and the method of shipping you select. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST, will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt pending availability of product and credit verification. Please note that "Business Days" exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders selected for next-day shipping placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. If you select next day on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Orders with higher priority shipping services selected will be processed before orders of lower priority shipping options. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions will have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation when you complete the order process on-line and a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
We stand behind our product 100% and if for any If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the products unworn, unused, in the condition received and in the original packaging. Haute Footwear must receive the merchandise within 7 days from your original receipt of the order. All orders returned after 7 days will not be accepted and return shipping to you will be at buyer expense. We will only refund the purchase price of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
The only exception to this is items marked "sales", these items may not be returned or exchanged and their sale is final. Marked down items, "Sale" items, items on promotion, and item purchased with referral codes that are not listed as "Sales," may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All used, damaged, or worn will not be accepted and return shipping to you will be at your expense.
In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging, including: shoe boxes, dust bags, shoe horn, as well as other promotional items that may have arrived with the shipment, returned items must be insured for the entire value of the purchase. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

You may exchange merchandise by ordering online or calling us to place a new order for the new item you want and following the return policy for the product you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out right away and, if you reside in the United States, you will be charged for the new item but not for shipping and handling at the time of order. You can return the exchange merchandise after processing the return by emailing us. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.
Damages & Defectives Policy:
If you receive merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will contact you regarding a replacement item and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the original item and original packing material in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. If we request that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 7 days, we will charge you for any replacement item. If for any reason you are delivered a package completely destroyed or damaged please do not accept it and notify UPS driver and us.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that we have an inaccuracy in our system and your order is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail. We will assist you in selecting another item or if we expect to get more of the item in, you will be given the option to be notified by e-mail when it becomes available.

All transactions on Haute Footwear website are governed by New York law without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered transactions pass to the purchaser in New York upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
